  •  Assess possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies with recommendation of specific natural supplements & nutrients if necessary.

  •  Improve microbiome, gut health and immune system to help support optimum health. 

  • Adjust eating habits with a detailed and easy to follow personalised Wellness plan (Don’t worry, tasty substitutes will be recommended.)  

  • Guide, educate and motivate in order to follow personalised Wellness Nutrition plan.

  • Recommend follow-up session 2-4 weeks after initial consultation.
